We partner with SMEs and enterprises across logistics, mobility, property management, retail, and professional services. Our team delivers end-to-end: strategy, design, engineering, deployment, and ongoing platform support.
Role Summary
You will lead sales and business development across all SAI Technology offerings. This includes prospecting, pitching, closing deals, managing client relationships, and supporting go-to-market strategies for our platforms. You will work directly with the CEO and product teams to execute a structured sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify, prospect, and qualify leads across multiple sectors
- Pitch SAI Technology’s solutions with clarity and confidence
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
- Close deals and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Drive upselling and cross-selling within existing clients
2. Business Development & Strategy
- Research industries and propose new market opportunities
- Support GTM strategies for products like Casa360 and Swift Transport
- Build partnerships with SMEs, enterprises, and ecosystem players
- Represent SAI Technology at meetings, demos, and events
3. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for key client accounts
- Build long-term trusted relationships
- Coordinate with the PM and engineering teams to refine client requirements
- Collaborate with marketing on pitch materials and case studies
4. Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM
- Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Provide feedback on pricing, market needs, and customer trends
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven history of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technology solutions
- Skill in preparing proposals and commercial documents
- Highly organized and self-driven
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling software, SaaS, or digital services
- Established network within Ghana’s SME or corporate landscape
- Prior experience with CRM tools
- Confidence in working directly with founders and executives
Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: GHS 4,000 per month
- Commission (Performance-Based):
- New project sales: 5–10% depending on project type
- Websites & basic builds: 5–7%
- Custom software / digital transformation: 7–10%
- Retainers / ongoing support contracts: 5% of monthly retainer for the first 6 months of each new contract

- Quarterly Performance Bonus: GHS 1,500 – 3,000 for hitting or exceeding targets
Earnings Range: Strong performers typically earn GHS 5,000 – 12,000 monthly; high performers may exceed GHS 15,000 with commissions.
